The 2026 MFDA Bracket Challenge is here!

Dear MFDA members and friends,

It’s time! The 2026 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Div 1 basketball tournaments are a few short weeks away and it’s time to join the MFDA Bracket Challenge!

There is no fee to enter.

* The challenge is open to anyone who works for a company that is a MFDA member in 2026 or was a member in 2025.

* We will be using the ESPN bracket challenge website. The MFDA has created a group in both the Men’s and Women’s tournament.

The Women’s Tournament can be reached by this link.

* The password for both groups is: Fasteners!

* Contestants should name their brackets with their names and then in parentheses their company name. There’s a 25-character limit so please include enough so we can identify your company (ex. “JohnSmith (ABC Fast)”

* Each contestant is limited to 1 entry.

*The deadline to enter is Thursday March 19th at 12:15pm EST. This is ESPN’s rule – not ours.

As for the contest itself (applies to both contests – you can enter one – or both!)
*At the end of each round (through the semi-final round), the person with the highest cumulative point total will receive a $25 gift card.

*At the end of the contest, the person with the highest cumulative point total will receive a $200 gift card.

*If there is a tie at the end of a round, the tiebreakers will be:
(1) Most correctly picked upsets (overall) by seeding (anytime a lower seed defeats a higher seed)
(2) Largest upset picked (in the contest) by seeding (by difference in seeds).
(3) Coin flip
